Mechanical Designs
Our mechanical team designed and built a strong, lightweight, and highly efficient structure optimized for fast movement and accurate scoring. The chassis and frame are engineered to provide stability during high‑speed maneuvers while keeping the overall weight low for improved agility. Building on this foundation, the robot features several custom‑built mechanisms created specifically for this season’s challenges. Each component is carefully designed, tested, and refined to ensure smooth operation and reliable performance on the field.
Programming
Our programming is developed with a strong focus on stability, accuracy, and high‑performance autonomous behavior. We build our codebase using a modular structure, allowing each subsystem to operate independently while still working together as a unified system. This approach makes our software easier to maintain, upgrade, and debug throughout the season. We use advanced control algorithms, sensor feedback loops, and precise motor control to ensure consistent results during both autonomous and driver‑controlled periods.
Reliability and Testing
Our robot is built with a strong focus on reliability and consistent performance. Throughout the season, we performed continuous testing to ensure that every mechanism, sensor, and control system works smoothly under real match conditions. We tested the robot in multiple scenarios, including stress tests, repeated scoring cycles, autonomous path trials, and rapid driver‑controlled movements. Each issue we encountered was analyzed and fixed with the goal of improving stability and reducing the chance of failure during competition.
